Take a trip to the islands with Omolulu‘s beautiful mutli-flow yoga video made by kids for kids. Inspired by Hawaii and focused around the elements while supporting key development milestones, this DVD is a lovely addition to my kids yoga library. Brynne Caleda, founder of Omolulu, narrates the DVD and provides specific instructions for all the poses and breathing exercises.
Each of the four kids yoga practices are 15 minutes long and focus on one element & corresponding skill set.

I loved the sweet child models who did an amazing job of demonstrating each flow. Best of all were their fun dances at the end during the credits when they got to break loose.
Especially useful for instructors and teachers are the two references sections one for breathing, another for poses. Here each exercise is broken down and given specific instructions ideal for learning the techniques.

You can download the Omolulu Mantra Song for free on go Song. this song is played during savasana at the end of each flow and includes positive mantras to invite energy, peace and love into your life.
